For the past year, CNU has been working on a joint initiative with the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT) to promote the removal of urban elevated freeways and their replacement with urban boulevards that add value to surrounding neighborhoods. The Surdna Foundation recently announced that they will renew funding for this initiative, allowing CNU and CNT to continue our advocacy campaign in Seattle, Louisville, and Buffalo.
