CNU is looking for a few good bloggers to cover CNU XV in Philadelphia, May 17-20, 2007, on CNU.org. We will offer free press registrations to two bloggers to attend the Congress. The registrations will be awarded to members who are active participants in the CNU Online Salons -- we are looking for members who have demonstrated their ability to inform the new urbanist web community through our website.
CNU debuted the Online Salons with the launch of the new CNU.org. The Salons are an exciting new community area where members participate in discussions on new urbanist topics, comment on media stories about the movement and its strategies, share news about how New Urbanism is advancing in your community, ask for advice on a project, or debate hot topics in New Urbanism and help take the movement to the next level. Salon posts are indexed on Google and other search engines, they're syndicated via RSS feeds so you can read content without having to visit CNU.org, and they're archived on CNU.org by topic and content. In short, posting on the CNU Salons really allows our members to get the word out on the internet about New Urbanism, flooding the web with good content on all new urbanist topics.
