Join a panel of leading advocates in a discussion of campaign strategy and implementation, in a free webinar, Highways to Boulevards Webinar: Spearheading a Successful Campaign.
On Friday, October 25th at 10:00 AM CST, John Norquist (CNU President and CEO), Steven Nutter (Advocacy Committee Member and Lead Volunteer at Livable Streets), and Dave Powell (Southern Bronx River Watershed Alliance Coordinator) will discuss the mechanics of a freeway removal campaign. The panelists will talk about the best practices, effective messaging, grassroots outreach, and advocacy tactics that make up a winning freeway removal effort. Each speaker will share their lessons learned from experiences in Boston and New York City during a free 60-minute webinar, followed by Q&A.
This webinar is first in a 10 part series from CNU on building effective highway removal campaigns. You can expect a new webinar in our series each month. If you are interested in participating, send an email to communications@cnu.org. Attendance is limited to the first 100 people to sign up, so email us now to hold your spot.
