Enlarge Vision plan a little. White "X," W/NW corner of map,is where PATCO High Speed Commuter rail from NJ to Philadelphia submerges from elevated train to subway. Just north of that spot you will find The Riverline, a brand new commuter line that runs from Trenton to Camden's waterfront attractions. This sweet spot marked "X" is less than a 5 minute walk from Campbells proposed new world HQ campus, yet there are no plans to utilize this intersection of commuter rail. A station stop here would put a mixed use NU development in line with 5 minute walk principle. The ride from here to Center City Philadelphia is a ten minute ride on ultra-modern, clean and efficient train, far superior to any train or subway in Philadelphia.

There is only about three weeks before Campbells massive and misguided Charter violating campus becomes final and irreversible, unless a convincing, rational argument can be made to Gov. Corzine, who also serves as Camden's defacto Mayor, persuading him to delay approval long enough for a NU presentation, respectfully arguing the NU position, can be arranged. This is also a plea from this CNU member to CNU members of sufficient status like John Norquist, Michael Eisner, Duany et. al, or our respected quasi-agent provocateur Robert A. M. Stern; those who could actually get a phone call returned from Jon Corzine, to intercede and buy time while a plan is put together for a presentation. Stern toured Camden for 2 1/2 hours on May 19. (Stern, who, for good reason, basically demands CNU intercession in Camden.)
