Help Elect a CNU Member to Local Office

Dear CNU,

I am a municipal land use planner and member of the Congress for New Urbanism. I know from first-hand experience how difficult it is to realize the promise of great urban places due to the outdated zoning codes and policies that we all struggle with - and I want to change that. Won't you help me?

I am running for a seat on the Fullerton City Council. Fullerton is located in California in the County of Orange. It is a great old city founded in the early 1900's, but its historic gridded street network and existing urban design structure are under constant threat of being dismantled due to a lack of understanding of urban places and the absence of leaders who can foster that understanding.

Wouldn't it be great if we had more elected officials who could advocate for better urban design and sustainable places? Well, now is your chance to help make that happen in a city that really needs it.

As a fellow member of the Congress for New Urbanism, I know that you care deeply about these issues and I'm urging you to help me by contributing to my campaign. Your contribution of $50, $75, $100 or more will make it possible for me to win and forward the concepts of new urbanism.
