In a recent article from the Chicago Tribune, Robert Manor writes about the decline in desirable office space in the suburbs, and therefore the value of that space overall. Manor mentions the increase of vacancies in the past quarters and how the number still continues to increase. He also discusses how the demand has changed due to employers starting to relocate to the city. Manor finishes the article with the idea that sellers are also pulling their properties from the market to avoid selling them for less than they are actually worth.
