Is this change?

The House of Representatives released an executive summary of the incoming Obama administration's proposed $825 billion stimulus program. While there is much to like in this plan, the $30 billion for roads vs. $10 billion for transit isn't one of them.

This may be good enough for the administration and Congressional Democrats. Is it good enough for you?

The Obama administration has shown its willingness to listen both to Congressional Democrats and to the public, which means that if you don't like what you see here, you should let your representative, senator, and the Obama team know that.
