NYC-based Transportation Alternatives is holding a competition for a PSA that promotes the image of urban cycling and broadcasts its merits to the wider public. It's called "Biking Rules," and they are accepting both still images and videos. A number of prizes are up for grabs, including cycling gear, a new Kona bike, and $4,000.

$4,000? That's enough to buy a McMansion in exurban Southern California these days. Here's the release from TA:
