Join CNU as we engage Georgia Tech School of Architecture Professor of the Practice and Perkins + Will Principal David Green in a fireside chat surrounding CNU's Live/Work/Walk: Removing Obstacles to Investment initiative. Green will present on the historic factors - "2500 years of constituting public and private" - that led to euclidean zoning, the regulatory obstacles that currently prevent mixed-use development, and through the lens of the 1928 Standard City Planning Enabling Act, the implicit constitutional imperative to not build sprawl.
