Ellington on the Park is the third phase of an HPD Cornerstone Development located on Bradhurst Avenue in Harlem, New York. The 12-story, new-construction building consists of 133 -, 2-, and 3-bedroom residential units, as well as a superintendent’s unit, approximately 21 of which will have terraces or balconies. The building is designed to accomodate tennants at a mix of income levels, from a limited number of market-rate units with no income requirements or restrictions, to middle, moderate, and low-moderate income designated units making up 15%, 55%, and 20% of the units respectively. Many units will overlook and have views of Jackie Robinson Park. In addition to its residential component, the building boasts 3,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, as well as a fitness area/community room, a common landscaped courtyard, and a 24-hour attended lobby. There will also be parking available on-site in a 30-car underground lot.
