The Roe Buiilding is a 16,700 square foot, 3-story, mixed-use condominium project. The eight 2-story residential condomiums sit above a ground floor of retail/restaurant. This is the first opportunity to own residential condominiums in Downtown Davis. The objective was to build high quality, low maintenance homes that are close to the places people shop and the amenities that they use.
