Silver Spur Court is among the first developments to be designed following our Deep Valley Master Plan Guidelines. Situated at the entrance of the Rolling Hills Estates, this 18-unit mixed-use project creates a streetscape and building fabric that mediates between the commercial character of the village and the residential scale of the surrounding hillside neighborhoods. The project makes best use of the existing slope to create an arrangement of two courtyards on two levels; a formal one serving the live/work units and a casual one serving the strictly residential ones. The ground floor fronting Main Street will be urban in character with twelve foot high ceilings, large openings and will consist of dedicated retail and flex space to activate the street edge. The spacious units average about 2,000 square feet area and have private patios and balconies overlooking the public courtyards. Other amenities include exterior fireplaces and fountains.
