St. Benedict's of SA is the conversion of a 1940's hospital into 66 residential lofts, live/work and restaurant space, located in the center of the King William Historic District. The project totals 100,000 SF and also includes the re-hab of a 1890's era historic structure, and the creation of 6 garden home sites within the district residential area. The site will be on the SA tour as part of the Austin CNU conference.
