Public Health Awards for Eleanor Smith and Concrete Change

As chair of the LEED-ND, he is an expert on smart growth and green building and how these new urbanist concepts can be employed in developments in Houston and around the country.

Within this scheme, New Urbanist have sought to use the centralization of urban development as a means to ensure that farmland was available for years to come.
