The James Marston Fitch Charitable Foundation provides grants to mid-career professionals in the careers of historic preservation, design related fields, and architectural history. The Fitch Foundation is asking for proposals by September 15, 2012.

The Sydney Hih buildings are located in northern downtown Milwaukee. The buildings were erected in 1876 and later purchased by attorney Sydney Eisenberg, who planned was to create an artist community. Throughout its history, the set of buildings have been home to a multitude of artists.

The Nickolai Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman has been awarded the title of exclusive listing agent for the largest transit oriented development in New York- Woodbury Village. Woodbury is a 130 acre site located between to the New York Thruway (I-87,) Conrail, Route 17M, and Averill Avenue. The site is designated as mixed-use; there are plans to include office, retail, and multi-family developments, including a hotel, entertainment venues, community space, and parks and recreation space. A specific portion of the site must remain as vacant land.
