The James Marston Fitch Charitable Foundation Grants for Mid-Career Professionals

Norquist: "Don't Wreck Sydney Hih"
Submitted by kapoppel on Tue, 07/24/2012 - 4:33pmJohn Norquist recently wrote an article for Urban Milwaukee about the proposed demolition of the almost historic Sydney Hih building.
The Sydney Hih buildings are located in northern downtown Milwaukee. The buildings were erected in 1876 and later purchased by attorney Sydney Eisenberg, who planned was to create an artist community. Throughout its history, the set of buildings have been home to a multitude of artists.
Nickolai Group is Selected as Exclusive Agent for Woodbury Village, a 130 Acre Transit-Oriented Development Site
Submitted by kapoppel on Tue, 07/24/2012 - 2:33pmThe Nickolai Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman has been awarded the title of exclusive listing agent for the largest transit oriented development in New York- Woodbury Village. Woodbury is a 130 acre site located between to the New York Thruway (I-87,) Conrail, Route 17M, and Averill Avenue. The site is designated as mixed-use; there are plans to include office, retail, and multi-family developments, including a hotel, entertainment venues, community space, and parks and recreation space. A specific portion of the site must remain as vacant land.
